Our Mission

Whispering Oaks MISSION

Carrol Castille, owner of Whispering Oaks, has been involved in racing and breeding basically all of his life.

Carrol has many years of experience in Louisiana Racing & Breeding as well as being very successful in his various businesses. Carrol, and his farm personnel are passionate to produce horses that will not only compete in Louisiana but anywhere else in the United States.

They have not only bought very respectable stallions but also mares that will enhance these stallions. These mares along with these stallions will build a strong base in which to launch their passions.

Carrol believes in the Louisiana Racing Program and the Louisiana people and is convinced that his stallions and mares help bring up the class of Louisiana Racing not only for himself but for the clients that join his team as well!

Whispering Oaks is conveniently located in Carencro, LA only a few minutes south of Evangeline Downs Racetrack and Casino. The stallions standing for the 2018 season are: Closing Argument, D’WildCat, Lion’s Ransom, Run Production, and our newest stud Mean Season, Iron Fist
